Motivational talks and Beneficial Learning of the day!

Last week, we had a motivational talk conducted by En Firdaus (Pegawai Eksekutif SKK, OKU) from counselling department. I was so impressed with how the OKU managed themselves and how they are just similar to us despite of their disability. Our society's perspective make them feels isolated when the real is, they are just similar to us.

After that, we had an ice breaking session with the OKU.  We were divided into two groups. Our group consisted of Jouselle, Jia hui, Aisyah, Fairus and Yusri as the representatives from OKU. We managed to ask them questions regarding how they felt of being as an OKU and their difficulties or challenge being an OKU. But no matter what, they still can get it through. That's the spirits that we should nurture in ourselves. Overcoming all the obstacles without any fears.

After that, we were divided into 4 groups. During that session, we were taught on how to use the braille machine. We were really fascinated to use that machine and we were guided by Yusri and Fairus. We even competed with other groups to test whether which group type the fastest and we managed to win all of the tests. I am really excited and that feeling of joys still lingering around my mind until today.
